Dynamic Limousine Service Agreement

Rental of a Dynamic Limousine is with full acknowledgment and agreement of the following terms and conditions:

Vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. A minimum deposit of BDS 200.00 (US $100.00) is required for each vehicle reserved to secure the reservation. The balance is due within 21 days prior to the date of service, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

Deposits are non-refundable and the full fare is forfeited if cancellation occurs within 7 business days of the scheduled date.

A BDS 50.00 (US $25.00) service fee will be charged for all return cheques.

The contract time starts when the vehicle arrives at your first pickup location and ends when the last passenger vacates the vehicle at the final location.

Fees are based on destination to destination so please inform us prior to the service date of the exact pick-up location, what stops you wish to make and your final drop-off location.

There is no smoking or eating allowed in our cars unless otherwise approved by Dynamic Limousine.

Make adequate allowance of time for your occasion as we drive only within the legal speed limits.

We do not overload our vehicles so only the number of passengers specified for each vehicle will be allowed.
